Why not try our 4 week Back on Track package?  This program focusses on getting you back into regular exercise at a pace that works for you.

In person package comprises of: 

- One 45 minute session with our physio/strength and conditioning coach

- 4 small group classes

- 4 week training plan

- unlimited online support over the 4 weeks

- Two 45 minute session with our physio/strength and conditioning coach via Skype

- 4 week training plan

- unlimited online support over the 4 weeks

Individualised programming to allow you to move at the pace that is right for you.   Once you have purchased your package you can book in your one on one session. From there we plan your 4 week program and classes.
